All of our puppies are from AKC champion lineage DNA health tested parents to bring you a healthy happy puppy that represents its breed correctly. We have some of the most prestegious lines from around the world incorporating European and South American lines with our American lines. We are also one of the few that offer a full 5 year health guarantee and breed for TRUE miniature schnauzer traits.  For those that say “but I don’t want a show dog”, this is THE reason buying champion lineage.  It isn’t about buying a dog to show, it’s about buying a correctly bred dog per its breed.  Most out there today sadly are breeding dogs with various breeds mixed in somewhere throughout the line to get the so called “exotic” or rare and unusual traits that were never ever part of this breed not to mention bone structue is completly wrong.

Planning puppies 2024;  If you are interested in our future puppies we are currently taking deposits for our 2025 waiting list. If you wait until they arrive, chances are they will already be sold!  Available puppies will be posted here ONLY if there are any available AFTER I work down my waiting list.  Waiting list positions are by deposit and have priority of puppies born.  See below for details of how to get on our waiting list.  To see our parents and some of our past puppies go to the Adults page & Past Puppies page.

We breed exclusively to the American Miniature Schnauzer Club standards for the breed.  This means we only have correct size- no toys, correct coats- no cocker spaniel mega coats, and correct colors – Only the 3 standard colors of black, salt & pepper, black & silver, no Australian Shepard merles or blue eyes mixed in our lines.  We also do not breed any of the non standard colors of parti, white or liver or any other variation of a designer schnauzer. 

WHAT’S INCLUDED: We handle all the paperwork of registrations for you making it easier for our schnauzer family.  Every puppy here at Kindred’s come with –

With every puppy contract we offer a “no questions asked no judgment passed” guarantee that we will always take our kindreds dog back for re-homing if under any circumstances you can no longer keep your dog at any time during its life. WAITING LIST DEPOSIT: Waiting list deposit; $500.

DEPOSIT AFTER BIRTH is half down.  If you have previously paid a waiting list deposit, the $500 already paid will be credited towards your puppy deposit.

There are some occasions that we have a puppy/puppies that did not get spoken for via the waiting list.  Those puppies will be posted here and are available for anyone upon approval.  A deposit of half down will hold this puppy for you until pick up or delivery.

ALL puppy balances are due at pick up or delivery plus tax

PRICE:  $2850 – $3550 + tax occasionally but very rarely higher.  Pets are placed  with limited AKC registration meaning companion only, no breeding rights. 5 year health guarantee included with every puppy.  Price generally determined per litter.  

BREEDING RIGHTS are NOT offered.  Show options available under contract for experienced show exhibitors.  

PAYMENT: We take, Venmo, Zelle & cash, NO Checks.  After deposit is received you will be sent a wait list form or deposit contract to fill out and return.

EAR CROP:  On occasion we will offer this service ONLY IF we are making the trip to our ear crop vet with one of our puppies or we get two or more requests within the same litter.  It is at additional cost. Otherwise our puppies come with natural ears.

WAITING LIST PROCESS:  The waiting list order is done by the date each person paid their deposit & stays strictly in that order. Once puppies are born I will start at the top of the waiting list going down in order offering each person the option for one of the puppies born until they are all spoken for.  There will be many that will pass as many people are waiting on something specific. Not everyone wants the same thing via color, gender or time of year etc. This means your placement in line may or may NOT be relevant!!!  In other  words most often those at the top of the list may not be interested in the color and or gender of the next litter born and prefer to wait until the litter of their preferred color/gender is born therefor their placement in line will not be relevant to your position in line. When we have 5 puppies born for example, they NEVER go to the first 5 people on the list because everyone wants something different. When a person in line passes on a puppy/litter, they hold their position in line and I go to the next person in line.  Each time a person selects a puppy, they are removed from the waiting list and everyone after them moves up the list. When the next litter arrives I start back at the top of the waiting list with the same process. We have an ongoing wait list all year regardless if we have any puppies on the way or not & have practiced this process for years.  We usually have puppies 2-3 times a year max. Your wait time on the list until puppies birth can vary.  I will give more specifics at the time you are added to the list.

PLEASE NOTE:   I do not keep a contact list of those “interested”.  Those that do not want to place deposit for our a waiting list can check the website or give me a call for the latest news but keep in mind this is only if there happen to be any puppies remaining after pups born have been offered to those on the waiting list who have priority.  This means if you prefer to wait and watch the website for an available puppy, you very well could be waiting a while considering most of our puppies are sold to those on our waiting list. 

IMPORTANT NOTE about our breed preservation standards:  Because our dogs are bred to the breed standards set by The American Miniature Schnauzer Club, we only have true miniature schnauzers in conformation, coat type and colors of Salt & Pepper, Black & Silver and solid Black as well as only miniature size. All are AKC registered and of American & European Champion lineage. 

This means we do not have TOY size, MEGA coats, blue EYES, merle, liver, white or parti colors.  These all too common traits are not true miniature schnauzer traits. Sadly most today are breeding designer dogs meaning they are not pure.  Today the latest trend is merle color and or blue eyes.  Regardless if these pups are AKC registered or not, I can assure you they have Australian Shepard or other breeds in their genetics.

Each breed has its breed mother club which sets the guidelines/standards per each breed.  The American Miniature Schnauzer Club is the club for this breed. AKC does NOT set the standard for any breed. AKC is simply a registry who follow the breed standards set by each mother club.  Because they are independent, they are at liberty to register any trait or color of any breed even if it outside of that breeds standards. Another words, they can set their own rules for “their” registry.   A dog having AKC registration does NOT guarantee anything about the quality or purity of the dog. The quality of the dog per its comparison to breed standard & it’s purity of lineage is 100% at the integrity and ethics of the breeder alone.  This is why Champion lineage is so important even though most never intend to breed or show their puppy.  It is NOT a beauty contest.  To achieve a Champion title, dogs are evaluated by a series of judges to determine the dogs characteristics per its breed standards such as size, coat color & texture, bone structure, gait among other characteristics the miniature schnauzer should have in its qualities.  With a champion titel that dog is considered a lovely correct example & contribution to the breed for breeding.  SEE the “ADULTS” page to get a glimpse at our beautiful dogs currently in our breeding program as well as our retired dogs who are parents, grandparents and even great grand parents to those in our breeding program.  

Kindred’s CMS Disclaimer:  All Kindred dogs are registered with AKC. All stud dogs are DNA verified. Our adults are either tested for Mac, Myotonia, PRA A & or B among other genetic disorders of which testing is available,  parentage tested or more extensive testing done through Embark and or Orivet.  We do not breed unhealthy dogs, known genetic issues, bad bites or any additional breeds. We do not sell to pet brokers, pet stores or the general public through parking lots, local newspaper ads or flea markets etc. Sales are private to approved persons only. We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone at anytime at our discretion. We are not a large “commercial” breeder, a backyard breeder nor a puppy mill. We understand your concern & welcome questions and visitors but we absolutely will not tolerate rude unsubstantiated implications by the skeptic.  Our dogs do not live outdoors, in dog runs or cages. We are a professional small breeder who take bringing these little lives into this world very seriously.  “Small” breeder does not mean we only have 2-3 dogs so if that is your expectation you aren’t very realistic as that is a pet owner with limited knowledge and limited experience with a pass time of an occasional litter.  I have almost 20 years experience breeding and 14 years experience showing and work very to hard to be professional and knowledgeable of the bred and the breeding process.  My dogs wellbeing and happiness is our priority.  And once you own one of our puppies we consider you family.  We are true blue dog/animal lovers, honest & ethical. References are available upon request and visitors are welcome by appointment only. We also are not a store front nor a “facility”, this is our home so all we ask is for visitors to please honor and respect that.  Our address is not public knowledge for our safety & that of our dogs.  Please understand we have nothing to hide but theft is real fact and some do so with guns.
